DESCRIPTION:We can expect 2 hours full of energy\, practice and emotional c
 loseness.\n\nIpsalu Kriya Tantra Yoga offers a unique method to tune into 
 your own happiness at the heart level. The system combines powerful techni
 ques from various Tantric traditions such as Yoga\, Taoism\, Tibetan Buddh
 ism and the tradition of Osho to specifically promote healing\, health\, v
 itality\, joy\, peace\, pleasure\, deeper intimacy\, awareness and loving 
 connection with yourself and others. If you dive into it\, it works anytim
 e and anywhere\, come by and feel it for yourself!\n\nIn the first part of
  our gathering we will talk briefly about Tantra\, sacred sexuality and th
 e spiritual power inherent in our own sexual energy. We will learn also a 
 special technique to awaken this energy without sexual activity (!) and us
 e it for spiritual growth or physical health.\n\nIn the second part we wil
 l get into practice. I will guide you through a set of techniques\, dance 
 and short mediations\, with the aim to catapult you deeper and deeper into
  your own personal heart space. At the end we will play around with this b
